10% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking and the remaining balance will be taken 14 days before your arrival. You can cancel until 14 days before your booking, If you cancel during the 14 days prior to your arrival you will be charged the whole rate of your stay. The only exception is due to ferries being cancelled by the ferry company due to bad weather. If the ferry is cancelled on your departure day and you need to extend your stay, you will be liable to cover the costs of the room. Where possible we can transfer dates of bookings but there will be a £50 admin charge, this only applies to bookings before 14 days prior to arrival. We strongly advise guests to have travel insurance in place. Please check you have selected the correct occupancy on your booking, as extra guests that are not on the booking form will be charged. Please check you have selected the correct dates on your booking.

Dog owners are expected to clean up after their dogs. Any damage caused by you or your pet will result in your card being charged for the remedial action required. Dogs must not be left unattended anywhere within the hotel or grounds. Dogs are only allowed in the bar area and we no longer accept dogs in rooms.
Any damage/soiled items/theft of items/lost keys will all result in your card being charged for the remedial action required. All guests are expected to leave the room clean and tidy and use linen bags provided to put used towels and bedding in, any rooms that are left in an unacceptable way will be charged to the card used when booking.
Smoking and the use of electronic cigarettes is not permitted anywhere within the hotel, please use the designated smoking area outside at the front of the hotel and ensure your cigarette is extinguished properly.
All room rates include breakfast, regardless of which breakfast option you choose to have.
Check in time is from 5pm - 8pm. Check out is 10 AM. Late or earlier check in/check out by prior arrangement only and at an extra cost. Meals are served from 5.30pm until 7.30pm. 
We ask that all guests follow all COVID 19 guidelines set out by the government and require you to change the date of your booking if you think you may have COVID 19 or have any symptoms. We expect guests to continue to sanitise hands, wear face coverings and maintain a safe distance from other people whilst staying at the hotel. All guests are expected to take a lateral flow test before arrival to ensure the safety of staff and other guests.
All guests are expected to be respectful and courteous to other guests and staff, any violence, aggression or any other form of inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and you will be told to leave immediately.
We reserve the right to change any of these terms and conditions at any time and cancel any bookings without the need for prior notice.
